Request for Proposal should provide a description of what each responding organizations proposal should contain. i do garage renovation for my RFP. Maple leaf stucco will be the firm that we will hire for my house garage renovation.

We call the contractor (maple leaf stucco that we worked before for our houses external renovation), that is why we are issuing a request to them. We will go with basic fixation, just with the walls and shelves to be mounted on wall.

We just need wall fixation in the garage, we prefer stucco to be applied on the walls with color, we already have the new shelves and those just required to be mounted on the wall (we are paying installation fee on wall, the labor fee etc...)

We will prepare a budget for 400 square foot wall for stucco and installation of shelves

Per square foot price for stucco is (if maple leaf buys the materials which normally, they must do it since we are not asking for Mouldings just plain stucco and color) 7 dollars per it, including all expenses (gas, Labour, applications, materials), we may say Maple leaf stucco gives us %10 discount for the price since they have done our exterior isolation project for our house. Which means Total price - %10 of total price for stucco + shelves mounting on wall price.

400 x 7 = 2800 CAD than - %10 = 2800 280 = 2520 CAD for stucco

We need to add shelves mounting on wall fee to our total (so we need to come up with a price for that)
