So "Massage" can be done by Tania or Muna for example. The hourly rate does not depend on the staff who does it The duration of the same treatment may be different from one customer to another. So one customer may spend 1 hour in massage while another will spend only half hour. Discount percentage is different from one customer to another. It does not depend on the treatments taken of the invoice total. However, the same customer will always get the same discount each time she comes to the spa. The spa owner is of course interested in seeing reports where she can find out the job done by each staff member
