Narrative: Bee Co. takes orders from customers for all of its products over the phone. Its easy! Just call 1-800-be-clean! When a customer calls the 1-800 number, a sales rep will answer the phone and answer any questions customers have about products, prices, and delivery. If the customer places an order, the sales rep will then enter the customers information into the sales order system, enter what product(s) have been ordered, and the shipping address. The sales rep will then will generate the purchase order, print it, and send it to the Bee Cos warehouse through internal mail. The sales rep will also print and mail an invoice to the customer.
