(1 mark each for identifying two business metrics, 1 mark each for describing the two metrics, for a total of 4 marks)

c ) Identify two broad area in which HR can or does make a strategic impact in your organization. Areas might include growth in revenue/profit, service delivery, customer service, product or market development, cost control, innovation, productivity, etc
