B- Explain how the inventory management and the shipping department help manage the fulfillment of the contract and the implication of inspecting quality at the final stage of production. Examine how you address the possible shortfall in quality and quantity of finished goods and how you can potentially prevent it by applying operation management principal in a sustainable way using relevant techniques.
