Requirements for the Individual Project Assignment

You will need to create an estimated budget report for a real event that you choose.

Requirements:

1. Provide a short description about the event (Name, type, location, size or expected number of attendees)
2. List all the expenses (fixed and variable) that the event may include.

Ex. Fixed costs:

Venue rent	5000 SR
6 rental tents and marquees Variable costs:	600 SR
200 T-shirts Merchandise to Sell(20 Sr for each t-shirt)	4000 SR
200 Meals to sell (25 Sr for each meal)	5000 SR

3. Based on your event expenses, provide a budget table (see Lecture 5 slides)

Ex. See the table on the next page. Follow this example to do a table and calculate the budget of the chosen event

4. What revenue sources do you expect? (sponsorship, tickets, merchandise, food and beverage sales, government grants, memberships.etc) Provide an expected amount of revenue sales based on the budget amount that you come up with.

* Remember, all the info you will provide need to be a logically true about the event you choose.
