Research by Ones et al$.(2003)$ found that individuals who take jobs to which personality traits are not suited are more likely to leave those jobs. For example, entrepreneurs tend to be more open to experience, more conscientious, less agreeable, less neurotic, but have similar levels of extraversion compared to managers.
