Research does not require REB review when it relies exclusively on $($select all that apply$)$:

Information that is in the public domain and for which individuals have no reasonable expectation of privacy.

Human cells or human tissues that have been collected a long time ago.

Secondary use of anonymous information, so long as it does not generate identifiable information.

Information that is publicly available through a mechanism set out by legislation or regulation.

Data that is unlikely to reveal ethically sensitive information about participants.
