PURPOSE: The purpose of this assignment is to develop the student's ability to: 1. Interpret the concept, theory, and practices associated with organizational behaviour. REQUIREMENT: Select and review FOUR (4) research-based articles from any International Journal on Organizational Behaviour that discusses the issues and challenges related to the following topics. Choose only ONE of the following topics (For example: Review 4 different articles on Organizational culture): Topic: Organizational Culture Workplace Motivation Employee Work Performance Managing Organizational Conflict Managing Organizational Change Organizational Leadership Report the results / findings from the reviewed articles: Introduction (2m) What has changed in term of depth and scope of the selected issues or challenges? (2m) What are the major contributions from the articles reviewed? (4m) Are there any knowledge gap(s), new concepts, models or new recommendations? (5m) Present your own opinion or suggestion about the articles. The comments/opinion/suggestion can be either positive or negative or both. (5m) Summary: Highlight all the important points of the articles and the lessons learned. (2m) Total marks: 20 Instruction: a) The report should be written in accordance to the sequence above. b) References should use the American Psychological Association (APA) format. c) References should be latest (year 2016 onwards).
