Research Study Background

This data set contains information on 78 people using one of three diets, including1- Mediterranean Diet, 2 - Weight Watchers, and 3 - Nutri-System.

Participants were randomly assigned to follow each diet for ten weeks. Registered dieticians gave researchers Weekly telephone and e-mail support to all participants. Participants were weighed before and after the ten weeks.

Research Question -Which diet was best for losing weight?

The level of Significance is set at .05 level for the analysis.
