Respond to both the supervisory and consultative situations. Devote approximately two-thirds of your discussion to the supervisory situation since it is more complex, and one-third to the consultative one. Your paper should be a total of 13 pages of text. For each situation, critique the responses of the supervisor and consultant's senior, addressing: Was the nature of the dilemma adequately analyzed and presented? How effective were the responses of supervisor and consultant's consultant? Would other responses have been more effective? If so, describe something better. Were the relevant ethical and legal concerns addressed? If not, describe what's missing. Were the implementation plans adequate? If not, describe what would work better.
