Many of these organizations contribute to the efforts of global health efforts. According to the Fogarty International Center, nongovernmental organizations play a role in providing valuable resources, tools, and funding to help global health research. The goals of global health is to increase wellness, contribute to the elimination of preventable diseases, disability, and death. A few factors that are critical in improving global health include, but are not limited to$,$ environmental, cultural, poverty reduction, as well as agricultural and economic growth. For many countries there are financial, resource, and environmental limitations$.$ Overcoming these limitations can be a great challenge to overcome, but it is not impossible. There are many nonprofit organizations are the world that help to donate funds to healthcare improvements in underprivileged countries and provide supplies for basic medical care. Utilizing these types of organizations is a great way to contribute to the betterment of global health. $2.)$ NGOs or nongovernmental organizations, are typically nonprofit organizations that provide resources, tools and allocate funding for global health research, according to NIH Fogarty International Center. Some global health organizations include the World Health Organization, Global Alliance for Chronic Diseases, Feed the Children and Health Alliance International, just to name a few. There are factors which aid the progress and development of global health including globalization of trade, urbanization, ease of global travel, advanced technologies, environmental, cultural, reduction of poverty and many others. In order to overcome the limitation of global health, serious steps must be taken. First, funds need to be raised in order to provide the health care services that are needed. There must also be a reduction of the inequalities in ability to pay. Finally, there must be a way to ensure financial protection against impoverishment due to spending on health. The NGOs are important nationally and internationally because there is power to change and transform communities for the better. $3.)$ NGOs contribute to global health in many ways. The main way they work is by traveling to populations lacking or underserved in healthcare. They struggle to find anywhere to get medical care and these NGOs help them out. They can also help out places that need emergency response care due to tragic events such as natural disasters, disease outbreaks, and other scenarios. They do much more than just help out people, they also are involved with training and educating people to be able to combat health issues in communities.

There are a couple of factors that can be addressed to help improve global health as a whole. The first one that comes to my mind is working on stronger health systems. Some health systems worldwide are weak and don't have enough strength to care for everyone, and some cannot reach hospitals. SO addressing that and providing services that can be widely reached is crucial. Overcoming the limitations of global health is also important. I think the biggest reason places and people can't get the care they need is because of available funding.
