The Audio Partners' cash flow from operating expenses lists its net cash flow from operating activities at the top of its section. Typically, a cash flow statement should start with net income at the top of the operating expenses section. Below would be any adjustments and deductions. At the bottom, would be the net cash flow from operating activities. The same format issue applies to the investing and financing section of Audio Partners' statement. Another concern I have is the lack of investment for long-term growth, especially in years 4 and 5. Audio Partners has a very strong net positive cash flow from operating activities so it does not have to rely heavily on financing activities for funding. Audio Partners did not make many large investment activities that could benefit them in the long term
