Security and confidentiality are 2 of the biggest problems when dealing with third-party servers. Third-party has access to their data no matter the level of security that is in place. Not only can the third-party breach security, but the employee's irresponsible behaviors can have an impact on the secrecy of the data stored on these servers. The employees can do this by having authorized access to information and sharing credentials to the employees that don't have access to this information and data. These systems can be hacked very easily by the third-party or other individuals.
