Is there research, methods or other agencies or countries that have experienced this problem and found humane solutions? The idea is to adapt my approach to fit the victim's specific situation and needs, ensuring they get holistic support. To do this, I would use a mix of strategies and resources to support the victim. This could include traditional law enforcement procedures combined with community services, counseling, or legal advocacy programs.
