This assignment will provide you with the opportunity to reflect on your workplace $($or previous experience$)$ and identify risk factors that may impact an employee's psychological health and safety in the workplace.

Rationale

This assignment will evaluate the following Course Learning Outcomes:

CLO$5$ Identify and analyze Workplace health risk factors, conducts needs assessment and analyze requirements in order to identify opportunities for promoting and protecting individual and organizational wellbeing and recommend initiatives for successful health and wellness programs.

CLO$6$ Evaluate the process for workplace Health Promotions program development and implementation of employee personal health, psychosocial and Mental health initiatives and Physically Healthy and Safe work environments initiatives.
