Hello, Jerry phoned today to say that he is going to be offwork for a while. He is sending in the doctor's note but basically it looks like he is going to be off for at least six weeks. It's not even clear that he will ever be able to return to work- or if he comes back, if he will be able to do his old job in the warehouse anymore. Jerry's a good employee and I would hate to lose him. I also know that this is going to cost us in terms of our WCB rates. What can we do to help Jerry, while he's off and when he comes back? Could you make some suggestions of how we can help Jerry return to work?
