Review the following project scope statement, and identify 2-3 risks to the successful delivery of this project. For each identified risk, write up a brief description on how you, as a project manager, could mitigate the risk.

Scope statement: Twitter needs to launch a new feature to properly identify 'harmful' posts (tweets) to feed into a new division that will determine the best course of action for these tweets. The new CEO, who joined from an electric car company, has made a promise to the market that this will be ready within 2 months. This project will develop the criteria of what is 'harmful' based on local and federal laws, industry best standards, and input from executive stakeholders. The expectation is that this criteria will then be used to develop scripts that will filter out 'harmful' tweets, and feed into this new division which the new CEO personally wants to supervise.
