Sometimes innovation requires taking something complex and breaking it down into smaller, more manageable parts. This can be true when we manage business processes that make up complex organizations. The APQC Process Classification Framework allows you to consider some discrete work functions that can be found in organizations with an array of purposes, functions, and structures.

Please address the following in your reflection: In terms of complexity, how might such a classification framework help a business leader manage innovation and entrepreneurship in their organization?
