Review the program plan with a critical lens.

Is your plan complete? Is your plan logical? Does your plan align with your overall goal? Have you identified clear and measurable short- and long-term outcome objectives? Have you identified process and outcome objectives under an appropriate strategy? Do your objectives have corresponding indicators? Do your strategies and activities reflect your desired outcomes? Does your plan pass the "reasonable person" test, as it would make sense to someone who was not familiar with your program? Is it attractively presented and user-friendly?
