The effective ways in which the first-line leaders may work to achieve the goals and roles for organization leadership in their working environment is by performing specific duties such as leading others. This is a critical role that involves various responsibilities such as coaching other members, improving the organization employees' strength and weaknesses, determining the organization employee's objectives and examining the employees' progress, solving possible conflicts, and controlling the employee's initiatives. The other duty is managing others, enabling the top leaders to successfully interact with other members to achieve the desired organizational goals (Gunawan & Aungsuroch, 2017). The other ways in which the top leaders may act to fulfill their purpose are empowering the employees, active listening, patience, clear communication, trust, and effective organization and distribution of responsibilities.

Leadership training is critical to leaders to help them learn different skills and techniques to help achieve success in their leadership role and retain motivated employees. Providing different training topic help the leaders to learn their different roles and implement successful strategies to solve challenges within the organization. In addition, leadership training help leaders to understand the needs of employees needs and the critical factors that support the efficiency and productivity of health care facility. Therefore, the training programs' critical elements include conflict resolution, approaches to deal with change, problem-solving skills, leading innovation, encouraging, and motivating employee's skills, energy and time management, and effective communication skills (Morsiani et al., 2016).
