rewrite: Matthew contacted Program Manager stating that he did go to court today and the judge informed Matthew if he stole anything one more time he would have to pay a fine of $$1000\mathrm{.}00$ and look at jail time of $6$ months or more. Matthew's next court hearing in on $5/1/2024$ at $1$ pm$.$ Matthew stated that he does not want to steal any more but is not able to live off of $$150$ per week. PM informed Matthew that he should talk with Trisha at balanced care who now handles Matthew's money. Matthew also inquired about needing a new Food Stamp card. PM contacted Economic Services and ordered a new Food Stamp card for Matthew.
