I have always taken pride in my work and have strived to contribute positively to our team.However, over the past few months, I have been facing some challenges that have significantly impacted my ability to perform my role effectively. There have been multiple changes in supervision, which have led to a lack of understanding and support for my role. I feel that these changes have left me without the necessary guidance and support to fulfill my responsibilities to the best of my ability. I was also disappointed to learn about the elimination of my role without prior discussion, nor was there an opportunity that was afforded to me to provide feedback or input from myself. I have been placed in a new role that I feel completely unqualified and lack the training that comes with the new role. I feel frustrated and unsupported when there is a lack of clear communication about my role and its importance to the team. I believe that a clear definition of my role, consistent supervision, and better communication could greatly improve this situation. I believe that more transparent
