Rewrite this request email and find 5 mistakes

As the president of the RIT Kosovo Charity club, I have come to notice that the Childrens Resource Center in Prishtina badly needs funds. We have tried other things, but now we want to try a football event. In view of the fact that you have expertise in this area, and since you volunteered to offer your assistance, Im writing this e-mail to pick your brain, so to speak, in regard to questions that have to do with five basic fundamentals in the process of preparation. Im going to need your answers these areas before Dec 1. Is that possible? Maybe you would rather talk to me. Should I contact you by phone or zoom?

In regard to the budget, I have no idea how to estimate costs. For example, what about administrative costs. How about marketing? And, there are food and beverage costs, football uniforms, shoes, etc.

I also need help choosing a stadium. Should it be a public stadium? Or, a private stadium? One big area that I worry about is sponsors. Should I go after one big sponsor or more small ones?

One big headache is scoring. I bet you can make some suggestions for tabulating football results. And posting them. I have no idea how to do this.

I have noticed that other football tournaments have extra events, such as an awards dinner to award prizes. Should I be planning any extra events like this?
