Rohail, a young boy has recently completed his intermediate from Lahore Board and looking for a job. In search of a job, he talked to his uncle who after a few days asked Rohail to go and talk to Mr. Mehboob (a factory owner) about the job. Mr. Mehboob, after taking Rohails short interview asked him if he could do a job for three months, as one of the permanent workers is on leave. Rohail agreed and starting working in a factory where he completed three months. The permanent worker came back for the job and Rohail was asked to leave the job. After 2 months, Rohail again got a call from the same factory and was asked to work for three and a half months more as another permanent worker was going for sick leave. He again worked at the factory for three and a half months, after which he was again asked to leave as the permanent worker resumed back his duty. A friend from the same factory asked Rohail that as a worker he has some rights that he can exercise to continue working in the factory.
