Second to that would be the actions taken to encourage the professionalism of IT workers in the workplace. Other then that the final objective would be the ethical issues IT users face and coming up with a solution to encourage ethical behavior. When talking about relationships there are many relationships that must be managed which includes: employers, clients, suppliers, other professionals, IT users, and society at large. Key issues that would arise would be conflict of interest which would be conflicting ideas, Fraud, misinterpretation, Breach of contract, and material breach of contract for clients. For suppliers it would be bribery, internal control, and separation of duties. Other professionals would have to deal with the problem of lying about qualifications on a resume, and inappropriate sharing of company information. Society has an expectation of members to provide valuable benefits by not causing harm through actions. IT workers can get better professionalism by following code of ethics, joining professional organizations, Getting certifications, and supporting government licensing. Ethical issues that can arise from IT users would be software piracy, innaporopriate use of computing resources and innapropriate sharing of information and for solutions to these issues establishing guidelines for hardware and software, defining an AUP, and install firewall. Specialized Skills and Qualifications: Professionals have specialized set of skills and qualifications that have been acquired with the aim of fulfilling the criteria of a particular job position.Workers usually lack the specialized set of skills and qualifications, they are well versed with general tasks in a particular domain be it construction or cleaning e.t.c. Recruitment methodology: The recruitment of professionals occur in a very step wise and orderly fashion. Deciding and setting the requiredecessary qualification is usually the first criteria to focus on the candidates that are best suited for a particular position and filter out the non-relevant applicants.
