Role play: Group work $-$ get into groups of $2$ and each have a flurn acting out the role of the supervisor in the following case scenanios

Disciplinary hearing:

Andrew has been working for ABC manufacturers for $8$ months, for the passed $2$ months he has been late for work at least' $5$ times. Every flime Andrew arrived $30$ minutes late his supervisor Vera has recorded if$.$ Andrew is a good worker but Vera has warned him on $2$ occasions about his tardiness and he has not made any effort to rectify his behaviour. Vera has now implemented disciptinary procedures towards him. Make up your own dialogue for a disciplinary hearing, it need not be long about $2$ minutes but the main dialogue must be between the supervisor and an employee.

$2.$ Leave request:

Anele needs to take some time off, she has already taken $10$ days leave during the year but she wants to take a week off to visit her cousin. The problem lies that the organisation shuts down for $2$ weeks over the Christmas period and if Anele takes the $5$ days now she will be about $3$ to $4$ days short of paid leave. She is about to go to her supervisor to ask for leave. The empioyer has to let Anele know that if she takes the leave she is going to have to take $3$ days unpaid leave over the organisation shutdown. Again the main dialogue must be between the supervisor and the employee asking for leave. The duration should be about $2$ minutes.
