In this situation, I would like to take on the role of a supporter to provide support and guidance to other tea members. As a supporter, I will help the team to work together effectively and successfully to achieve thei goals by doing:

Meet with the team leader to discuss the progress of the team and to identify any areas of concern. Work with team members to develop and implement plans to address areas of concern.

Provide support to team members who are struggling or experiencing difficulty.

Create the opportunity to build positive, long$-$term relationships.

Help to build trust and rapport with team members so that they feel comfortable coming to me for help or guidance.
