PART $1$

Your final artifact is divided into two parts: a six$-$page APA paper and a recorded, $8-10$ minute presentation that is due by the end of the course. The paper is worth $70\%$ of your artifact grade. The presentation is worth $30\%$ of your artifact grade.

Please be aware that you are responsible for turning in your paper$/$presentation with enough time for any corrections or do$-$overs that may need to be done, in the event you do not receive a passing grade on your first attempt$($s$).$ As such, DO NOT wait until the last minute to submit any portion of your artifact because if there is not enough time to make any needed corrections by the end of the course, you will have to accept the grade that is given to you.

With that said, follow the steps below to complete your artifact.

Topic:

Compare and contrast the various methods and tools leaders use to manage.

Make sure your paper is a six $(6)$ page APA $7$th Edition Formatted Paper on your topic.

The paper should consist of the following section headings:

Include:

findings and add at least $2$ data graphs.
