$Na$ im and Elyse have worked together on a marketing project for the past month. They work in different offices across the country and have never met in person. They work primarily via email, Slack, and weekly Zoom meetings.

They've been tasked to create a new pricing plan that gives discounts to loyal customers. Even after a month working on the project, they've made little progress because of various disagreements about which customers should receive discounts, the nature of those discounts, and how to market the loyalty program.
