Sam became angry with Ted when he was not satisfied with the guitar that he bought from Ted, who is in the business of making and selling guitars. There was really nothing wrong with the guitar, but nevertheless, solely because Sam did not like Ted's personality, he created a website on which he posted information that Ted's guitars are badly built, defective and constantly out of tune and that Ted does nothing to help its customers with any problems, all of which was untrue.
