Same question with one change: the lot-size policy is now FOQx = 300 (not FOQ+ = 300). Again complete only the Planned Order Receipt (not Release) row. You need only report amounts for weeks that have non-zero values. For example, you might respond: Week 1= 150, Week 5 = 400. This would mean all other weeks have 0 Planned Order Release.
