Now, imagine you are interested in gaining information about your employee's work week preferences using one on one interviews and focus groups.

The research purpose: You are interested in learning how employee's lived experiences impact the way they perceive work, leisure and the work$-$leisure balance in their lives. You are wanting to explore what work week changes employee's think would improve their work$-$life balance and what impact their current work$-$life balance has on their quality of life.

The research questions: How, if at all, can your work$-$life balance be improved? In what ways, if at any, does your current work schedule and work$-$life balance negatively and$/$or positively impact your quality of life?
