There are $2$ key employees of your organization that have a significant part in the project $($let$$s assume they are installing sprinkler heads$).$ You have not paid very close attention to the critical path and schedule for the project and it is now behind schedule. These $2$ employees have been talking to you about a huge family reunion $300$ miles away that they have been planning to attend this coming weekend $$ they have not seen their families in years and are very excited to attend the reunion. It is now Thursday and pipes for the sprinkler heads will not be installed before Saturday AM$.$ Thus, they cannot install the sprinkler heads until Saturday AM$.$ The president of the company has come to you upset about this project and wants it completed by Monday. The president has told you $....$I do not care about you or anyone else, this needs to be operational by Monday morning $$ do whatever you need to do$.....$if you can not get it done....I will find someone else who will..........$$ You know that the only way the project can be completed is if the sprinklers are installed on Saturday, the day of the reunion. There is no one else in the organization that can complete the task. What say you?
