On the first day, one user (User 1) has reported that they have been assaulted by another user (User 2). User 1 has reported that their character was assaulted by User 2's character. They are deeply upset by the nature of the incident and as such have reported the issue to the Company's safety team. The safety team is sympathetic in response, although they say that User 1 should have used a feature of the world that prevented other users from coming into contact with them either being able to message/speak to them or let their character come into contact with their own character. User 1 responds that they did not know about the feature and asks why this feature is not enabled by default then users could choose when to allow other users to interact with them.
