Scenario B - Space Assignment

We're just settling into a new office space that is 4,507 ft and has the following floor plan. We need to have 3 dedicated meeting rooms. One of them has to have a good view; one of them should be small and cosy for 2-5 people; one of them (could be the one with the good view) has to be able to seat 8-10 people. We will need to assign offices as well as desks in the open area to different companies based on their needs. The two offices next to the kitchen are already taken and at least one of them need to be sound-proof. There also needs to be a receptionist area and some first-come-first-serve phone booths where anyone can use anytime for a quick call/meeting. We also want to find the best way to utilize the space so that desks are not too large but also each persons working space won't be too cramped. Certain team members also have ergonomics concerns and may want to have the option to sit or stand at their desk. We also want some comfy and cool looking couches or beanbags in a lounge area. Due to budget reasons, we wouldn't want to furnish the entire office space right away, only prioritizing the desks/rooms that the first few companis need initially as well as any common areas. 1. What process do you have in mind for assigning offices and desks? 2. How would you go about figuring out what furniture and other items to order? How would you find the best deal? 3.
