Scenario $($Bug Review$)$

Billy is a Communications Specialist working internally with a software development team at CDL Ltd$.$ Recently, he has

discovered that the development team, whom he should be the only point of contact, is constantly receiving outside

communications from other members of the organization and clients specifying bug $($error$)$ fixes. He has tried, repeatedly,

to explain to different stakeholders that all communications should go through him, but, to little success. He has now

come to you, the Business Process Analyst $($BPA$)$ asking for support in an establishment of a standardized communication

plan that can be sent out, as a Process Flow, to all the effected stakeholders.

The process, as it should work, dictates that Billy will be contacted by a client with any change request. After receiving this

request Billy must make a decision on two critical elements, the first being if the request is a legitimate, or fair request

that his team can handle. If the request for a bug fix is rejected then an email is sent to the client and the process would

come to an end. If the request for change is approved then Billy would need to make note of the request in the Change

Management Database $($CMDB$).$ Next Billy needs to determine who the request must go to$,$ the Quality Control $($QC$)$ or

the Development Team. Upon receiving the request the teams will first address the bug, and then email Billy with the

updated status, note, if the Development team had been assigned the bug fix then they will also submit their work for QC

to double$-$check and verify the accuracy of their work. Following this the QC team would email Billy also acknowledging

that the work has been completed. Following this the Change Management DB is updated one last time by Billy to show

successful repair of the identified error, leading to the close of the process..i need a process flow of this illistration, if possible the diagram
