accommodate the traffic flow. Due to excessive capacity in that particular intersection, the residents of

the surrounding area and commuters request an installation of traffic signal to enhance the road safety.

As a responsible trainee assistant engineer in UCSI Consultant $($M$)$ SdndBd$,$ you are required to

determine whether such claim is justified and propose relevant measures.

Task $2$

Level of service $($LOS$)$ is a measure used in the management of civil infrastructure to measure

its 'fit for purpose. LOS can also be used to analyze highways by categorizing traffic flow with

corresponding safe driving conditions.

Conduct the study to analyze performance of level of service at East West Link used volume

studies in subsequent sections.
