You have been hired as the project manager putting on the annual college and university trade show event. This event is for interested domestic and international students who want to hear from all the Ontario Colleges and Universities and perhaps apply to a program. This event will be both physical (on location at Roy Thompson Hall) as well as virtual. Representatives from each Ontario College and University will have a booth and will be required to deliver a 1-hour virtual presentation.  

Make assumptions about what you would consider to be "in-scope" when delivering this type of project and create a first draft of the project plan for the project described. Be sure to include all the important elements that you typically would find on a Microsoft Project Plan. This is the first draft so 4 work packages will be sufficient, and “level 2” details should share 3-4 activities for each work package. Feel free to make assumptions where necessary.
