Scene:

• You are given task to develop a website for a Travel Agency offering tourist packages in 90 days.
• Develop a suitable plan under Scrum Principles to meet the targets.

Note:

• You need to develop a real-life plan specifying all the work to be undertaken.

How it will work?

• Split into groups of 4-6 maximum
• Allocate a Scrum Master and others should specify their roles
• Assume the requirements had been given to you by
• Product Owner/Client. List down all the requirements from Product Owner (Max 12)
• Product backlog should include prioritization and categorization of tasks
• You can self-organize or self-assign roles & responsibilities

What to include?

• List down all the ceremonial details (when, how, duration, where etc)
• Determine how many sprints are required? Specify duration for each
• Make Sprint backlog for each sprint out of main product backlog

Specify Roles Structure Should Look Like (Hint 90 days):

• Product Backlog (Maximum 12 Tasks)
• Sprint Planning Meetings (what, when, how etc)
• Sprint Backlogs for each sprint 1,2, ... n (Tasks to be done, mention additional Tasks)
• Scrum Meetings (When, what, duration, who, blockers etc)
• Sprint Review/Retrospective Details
