Leader Interview Assignment Select a school, business, or community leader to interview. This person should be someone you respect and view as an effective and/or exemplary leader. Do NOT interview a friend or family member for this assignment. (This class is about leadership, so step out of your comfort zone and speak with someone new!) Contact the leader and determine a date and time for the interview. This should be an in- person or phone interview but NOT an e-mail interview. It is important for there to be a dialogue between both parties rather than sending a list of questions through e-mail.
