Scope Overview
During the course, students will complete a technology project using Sim4Projects, acting as project managers. Per the course calendar, team members will work in the simulation and submit decisions each week. Class teams will create a Project Charter to serve as the Team Contract for the project. Students will create various documents and reports for the project. The detailed requirements for the project are documented separately. Students will use Microsoft Project software to analyze simulation results and to create reports.
Business Case (Projects purpose)
To help the students collectively coalesce the courses subject matter and lecture materials by actively participating in the project simulation. The deliverable (product) of these simulations is the final paper.
