Sami interrupted and told Sandra he couldn't commit to her proposal. Sandra appeared to ignore Sami's response, told him she could put some more figures together on pricing, and then used another trial close. Sami finally told Sandra, "Look, you don't understand the way I do business. We have bigger issues than additional figures. As I said, this is a 'no go' project.
