To draw an Ogive, we place the variable measured, in this case temperature, along the x-axisand the cumulative frequencies along the y-axis. Each cumulative frequency behaves as a point that we can place in the Cartesian plane. The lowest point corresponds to the lower class boundary on the x-axisand a zero cumulative distribution on the y-axis. The next point is the upper class boundary on the x-axisand its corresponding cumulative distribution on the y-axis; we follow this until covering the last upper class boundary and its corresponding cumulative distribution. Then, connect each dot with continuous straight-line segments:
