Using the two publics you chose for Assignment Section 2: Publics/Profiles/Personas, you will need to determine if each public requires a separate message strategy or if one strategy serves both. 3. Then, develop a full message strategy that addresses your identified target publics. This will include: What will the message be? Write the key message(s). 1-3 messages. Who will deliver it - who will be the actual or perceived voice the target public will hear as delivering the message? Please provide justification for the choice. Remember: This is not the physical or actual method of delivery, example signage, or event or news release. What is the tone that the message will carry? Please provide justification for why you have chosen this approach. Please explain why this tone will resonate with your target public. Will you use any non-verbal cues to deliver the message? Please provide justification for why you have chosen to use these non-verbal cues or will not use non-verbal cues. Provide examples in your plan, i.e pictures.
