In last chapter, we learned about finding the area under a curve. Now we will focus on finding areas between the curves.

Area Between Two Curves

Suppose $f$ and $g$ are both continuous functions with $f(x)g(x)$ on $\{a,b\}.$ the area of the region bounded by the two curves on $a,b$ is

Example $1$ Sketch the region enclosed by $y=5x$ and $y=3x^2.$ Find the area of the region.
