He has requested you to prepare the overall proposal for the implementation of a Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2015 standard and its certification. The project will start in September 2021 and to be completed by December 2022. Your proposal should include the following: a) Describe the steps in implementing ISO 9001. The audit needs to cover the Production Department, Quality Assurance Human Department, Purchasing Department, Resource Department, and Research and Development Department, there will be 1 Lead Assessor and 4 Auditors.
