You are currently a placement student working in a small organisation which lacks HR expertise. You have been tasked to write two briefing papers. One paper should respond to an issue in Section A and the other should respond to an issue in Section B. Your manager is particularly interested in understanding your personal perspective as a soon to be graduate, therefore both briefing papers should also include a 200- word reflection on the potential implications for your future working life.
