The company has been operating under two distinct sets of environments which have not been favourable to the company. Mr. Hakuna Matata is however determined to transform this company because he believes that he has what it takes to do so. He has a Masters degree in Leadership studies. He remembers all the approaches or theories to leadership that he studied at university, and he intends to apply whichever approach he deems fit for the company in order to provide appropriate leadership to the company. First of all, Mr. Hakuna Matata wants to implement a lot of changes at the Zambezi mining company. He has already identified internal forces within the company that have stimulated the need for change. Without wasting any time, he has embarked on a rigorous change programme throughout the company. However, employees at Zambezi mining company are becoming emotional because of these changes.
