Section A - (Contract) Question 1 Sidney Sausage is the very popular chef at 'The Roache Restaurant'. Within his contract of employment one clause states that once he leaves 'The Roache Restaurant' he must not work within the restaurant business, at any level for at least 10 years. Further the clause states that this clause prohibits him from working anywhere in Scotland as a whole. Sidney has been offered a huge increase in his salary and has now decided to go and work in a competitor's restaurant located in the next street to 'The Roache Restaurant'. Advise the owners of 'The Roache Restaurant' on whether they will be able to enforce this clause against Sidney Sausage. (100 Marks)
